IMESE GROUP POLICY

The Quality, Safety and Environmental Policy of IMESE Group, made up of INGENIERÍA Y MONTAJES ELECTRONEUMÁTICOS, S.A., ESERMAN, S.A., ESERMAN DESARROLLOS INDUSTRIALES 2024, S.L.U. and ESERMAN GESTIÓN DE ALMACENES, S.L., as a group specialised in providing comprehensive logistics services and operations, warehouse management services, assembly and maintenance of industrial machinery, and electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, air conditioning, fire protection and extinguishing systems, ICT, telecommunications, heating, plumbing and sanitation installations for companies and industries, is based on meeting, in an efficiently balanced manner, the requirements and expectations of all assets inherent to the Organisation, through the following principles:

  • Generation of value for Shareholders, Employees and Clients through our Company culture, appropriate to the Service provided, by establishing objectives and targets, and by planning and using the practices and techniques that deliver the highest guarantees of Quality, Safety and Environmental protection. All of this, taking into account the risks and opportunities associated with our processes, activities and interested parties, and applying a preventive approach based on continuous improvement.
  • The promotion of the continuous improvement of the Integrated Quality, Safety and Environmental Management System, paying special attention to the proper handling and follow-up of non-conformities, and fostering innovation, efficiency and sustainability in all the group’s processes, with a view to improving performance.
  • Meeting the requirements of our Clients as a guarantee of the continuity, growth and development of our organisation, while seeking a leading role in the sector. Also contributing to and collaborating in the success of our Clients.
  • Sensitivity to the problems of our Clients and Employees, and the protection of their products and sensitive digital information, fostering an atmosphere of transparent partnership and mutual collaboration.
  • Promotion of business ethics against corruption, bribery, conflicts of interest, fraud, money laundering and anti-competitive practices through a Compliance system.
  • Compliance with all applicable requirements: legal and regulatory requirements, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and the rules and standards of our Clients.
  • Promoting actions aimed at the elimination of hazards and the reduction of risks, the prevention of injuries and deterioration of health, workers’ health surveillance and the improvement of the working environment, while maintaining safe and healthy workplaces, expressly prohibiting the consumption of alcohol and drugs, and fostering the creation of a preventive culture within the Organisation through workers’ consultation and participation and through the observations programme.
  • Adopting environmental sustainability as a principle through the protection of the environment, including the prevention of pollution, the sustainable use of natural resources, and active contribution to climate change mitigation and adaptation. In particular, the Group will implement good practices to prevent the loss of pellets, flakes and powdered resins.
  • Guaranteeing availability and providing the necessary means, information and resources, while promoting the continuous improvement of workers’ qualifications and professional development so that they may achieve the established objectives and targets, thereby guaranteeing the appropriate satisfaction, training, information and active participation of all workers and their representatives.
  • Commitment to society, maintaining scrupulous respect for human rights, properly managing the company’s resources and, in our relations with clients and suppliers, neither using nor supporting child labour, forced labour or discrimination based on labour attributes (as defined by the ILO). Likewise, respecting the right to freedom of association, to be members of a trade union, and to bargain collectively.
  • Maintaining an open and collaborative relationship with public authorities, clients, our neighbours and other interested parties in relation to our activity, and with society in general.
  • All suppliers and subcontractors must be integrated into our commitment to Quality, Safety and the Environment, in order to ensure the proper delivery of the services.
  • Promoting the continuous improvement of performance in matters of quality, environment, and occupational health and safety, fostering innovation, efficiency and sustainability in all the group’s processes.
  • Extending and consolidating the basic principle that WE ARE ALL responsible for the Quality, Safety and Environment that we provide in the performance of our Services.

IMESE Group adopts this Policy through the Company’s plans and strategy, bearing in mind Management’s firm commitment to the established Management Systems.
